Shots fired at officers by employee at Rockville small business who believed they were suspects: officials

ROCKVILLE, Md. – Authorities have arrested a worker at a Montgomery County small business who they say fired pictures at police early Tuesday early morning wondering the officers had been connected to a suspicious vehicle that experienced previously been noted. The shooting took place close to 12:30 a.m. in the 700 block of East Gude Drive as officers say they had been conducting schedule organization checks. Law enforcement say an staff of a single of the firms in the area, who experienced beforehand reported a suspicious auto, mistook the officers as suspects and opened fire. Officials say the staff fired multiple rounds that struck the officer’s motor vehicle. No injuries were being claimed. The worker was arrested but has not but been determined. Fees are unidentified at this time.
